Hi, my name is Smiles!
OH my goodness thank you kind stranger for picking me up!
My name is Smiles, and I have quite the tale of how I got to this very spot!
It all happened a few days ago... The sun was finally shining so bright in
the sky, and after such a long cold winter I just had to stretch my turtle legs,
and play with all of my friends! One by one though they all left me!
One went and raced a rabbit, another went to help the chicken cross the road, and
soon all of my friends were gone! I was determined to go get them all, and
bring them home safe and sound! So I skidded and flapped through mud and snow!
I crossed dangerous highways and roads (looking both ways before I crossed), but
soon I got weak and tired! I can't findy any of my friends and now I think
i am lost! I am too weak to go on, but you could help me! You see I
have these great friends that work at Turtle Rock Coffee on Ninth and Clark!
It is a great place for me and my friends to warm up and eat some great food! If you would be so kind as to take me there I would love to buy you a
cup of coffee!!
