Salads - served with our delicious cheesy bread:

Diggler - ham, turkey, roast beef, spring mix, black olives, tomatoes, onions, and swiss cheese.
Hodgepodge - chicken, spring mix, dried cranberries, onions, tomatoes, almonds, avocado, carrots, and feta cheese.
Oriental Express - chicken, mandarin oranges, fresh spinach, slivered almonds, tomatoes, crunchy noodles, spicy sesame ginger dressing.
Veggietales - spring mix, onions, black olives, cucumbers, tomatoes, feta cheese, artichokes, carrots, balsamic vinegar.
Singlet - (side salad) spring mix, tomatoes, cucumbers, onion.


Soups - served with our delicious cheesy bread (change daily):

Potato Bacon, Tortilla, Cream of Broccoli, Tomato Basil, Cheddar, Chicken & Wild Rice, Chili, Gumbo and Clam Chowder.


Gourmet Sandwiches. All sandwiches come with blue corn chips and a dill pickle spear.

Our grilled panini are served on focaccia:
Wobblegong - turkey, basil pesto, fresh spinach, tomatoes, and provolone.
Jingleding - grilled chicken breast, onions, bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, and ranch dressing.
Hocus Pocus - filled with pepper jack cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, and green chilies.
Dumbledore - ham, swiss cheese, and chipotle mustard.
Boondoggle - roast beef, cheddar cheese, cranberry horseradish sauce, lettuce, and tomatoes.
Pizzanini - ham, pepperoni, onions, black olives, provolone, pepperjack cheese and marinara sauce.
BLTC - bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, cheddar, and mayo.
Sunny Chook - chicken, sun-dried tomato pesto, artichokes, feta cheese, tomatoes, and lettuce.
Tuscan Grill - provolone, cheddar, tomatoes, black olives, and italian seasoning.

Cold gourmet sandwiches are available on cracked wheat or ciabatta(pronounced chi-bata).
Mad Greek - roast beef, olive tapenade, onions, cucumbers, feta cheese, tomatoes, and lettuce.
Jobbernowl - chicken, curry mayo, onions, pepperjack cheese, fresh spinach, and tomatoes.
Mugwomp - turkey, blue cheese dressing, bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, and avocado.
Frigorific - layers of turkey, ham, roast beef, provolone, curry mayo, lettuce, tomatoes, and onions.
Didgeridoo - artichoke hearts, red pepper hummus, fresh spinach, cucumbers, black olives, tomatoes, and provolone.
Danwich - turkey, dill cream cheese, onion, tomatoes, lettuce, and cucumbers.

If you can't decide, you can always go for our combo. Choose two of the folowing: a cup of soup, half of a salad, or half of a sandwich. Mix and match to your taste.

Beverages:
We are proud to brew socially responsible and environmentally friendly Cafe Richesse Coffee direct from the family farms located in Bahia, Brazil. In addition to freshly brewed coffee, we also present a variety of specialty coffee drinks including: espresso, Americanos, cappuccinos, lattes, and mochas.
For the non-coffee connoisseur may we suggest creamy hot chocolate or a flavored steamer (milk with your choice of flavoring) for those chilly winter days. Or perhaps a hot chai or our African Numi organic tea.
When you need to cool down we recommend Italian sodas, Izze's or Jones sodas as well as iced mochas, iced chai and our delicious and healthy fruit smoothies.

Desserts
When you just can't kick that sweet tooth, check out our scrumptious desserts and baked goods. Our own Granny Z makes some of the best sweet treats you can find in Laramie. With everything from pies to bread pudding there is sure to be something for everyone.

Also be sure to check out our many exotic flavors of gelato. Our gelato is European style ice cream that is made from a lower butterfat cream and the highest-quality ingredients available.  Palazzolo's Gelato was featured on Oprah's O List.

Breakfast:
When you need a tasty breakfast, we've got you covered with our breakfast burritos, cinnamon rolls, muffins, bagles, and scones. For the truly adventurous, be sure to try one of our favorites - the breakfast sandwich.

Host your next event at Turtle Rock! We have held parties for graduations, baby showers, birthdays, Christmas, etc. We will work with you on your menu and within your budget.
